1 Teacher's General Certificate from the Scottish Education Department for Johanna Christina Sutherland having completed two years of professional training, and having satisfied the requirements as to Probationary Service laid down in the Department's Regulations, is recognised by the Scottish Education Department as a Certified Teacher qualified to give instruction in Primary School subjects. This Teacher is further recognised for the purposes of Article 37 (b) of the Regulations for the Primary Education, Training, and Certification of Teachers as qualified to give instruction in the following subjects:- Drawing, Needlework.
